One major difference between these two appliances is – Pet Deluxe has the tools for pet stains and Little Green has the tool for all types of tough stains. The 3-inch Tough Stain tool is common in both. The Pet Deluxe, however, also has a Stain Trapper tool that specializes in removing pet messes and keeping them separate in a container attached to the tool. Ease of Use

The Stain Trapper tool makes it easier to pick up pet messes and, at the same time, store them separately in a container. This is helpful because the dirty water tank remains free of the actual mess. Note that it’ll take elbow grease to clean stains as you’ll have to move the tool back and forth several times, that too with pressure applied, to clean an area effectively.

BISSELL SpotClean ProHeat is also a spot carpet cleaner. Hence, the cleaning mechanism is the same here as well. You get a 4.5-foot hose and a 15-foot cord here. While the hose is a bit longer, the tank capacity (37 ounces) is less here. So be prepared for multiple refills. The HeatWave technology keeps the solution warm/hot (maintains the temperature) for longer. Some people assume it heats the water in the clean tank. It’s not true. The Deep Stain tool is a blessing for deeply embedded stains. However, be prepared to get down on your knees to pull the task effectively.
My Verdict: BISSELL Little Green wins here for its simple functioning.
Ease of Maintenance
Maintenance is mostly about cleaning the tool, the hose, and the dirty water tank after you are done eradicating spot stains. To clean the tool, you simply need to take clean, warm water in a container and let the tool pull the water right through the hose to the dirty water tank, cleaning the entire passage in the process. Alternately, if you want to just clean the hose, attach the HydroRinse self-cleaning tool to the hose (available with all three spot cleaners) and switch on the power. Lastly, to clean the dirty water tank, empty the tank and rinse it thoroughly twice or thrice to clear the sludge.
You have to follow this cleaning procedure with the Little Green, the Pet Deluxe, and the SpotClean ProHeat. About the warranty, you get a 1-year warranty with the Little Green and the Pet Deluxe. On the SpotClean ProHeat, BISSELL offers a 2-year warranty.
